Sales Development Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • The Milestones -The milestones and yardsticks used to measure your performance are:
  •  A self-starter with high initiative & spirit in driving business.
  •  Ability to meet monthly sales & collection target
  •  Achieve store distribution target by product
  •  Sufficient daily store coverage to ensure target achievement
  •  Provide excellent customer service to foster excellent relationship with customers
  •  Always alert to market info (competitors, customers etc) and immediately report to the management
  •  Ability to come up with suggestions that are creative and effective
  •  Proper management of sales kit/tools i.e. reports, customer record card, route plan, itinerary etc.
  •  Timely submission of accurate reports to the management.

Requirements:

  •  College or University Graduate in Science or related discipline
  •  If you do not have tertiary education, don't worry, tell us about your qualifications from the “university of hard knocks”. Your life and work experience may interest us.
  •  Preferably Age below 35
  •  2-3 years FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.
  •  Previous experience in managing pharmacy and/or medical channel will be a major plus.
  •  Be prepared to work extra hours/days whenever necessary to ensure all targets are well met.
  •  Travel extensively
  •  Possess own transport and a valid driving license
