- A self-starter with high initiative & spirit in driving business.
- Ability to meet monthly sales & collection target
- Achieve store distribution target by product
- Sufficient daily store coverage to ensure target achievement
- Provide excellent customer service to foster excellent relationship with customers
- Always alert to market info (competitors, customers etc) and immediately report to the management
- Ability to come up with suggestions that are creative and effective
- Proper management of sales kit/tools i.e. reports, customer record card, route plan, itinerary etc.
- Timely submission of accurate reports to the management.
